Nottingham Women’s Centre is recruiting someone to be part of our Caseworker Team.
You will work in a trauma informed way with women who may have complex and multiple needs, to identify needs and provide appropriate support. These may include; education, training, volunteering and work, working with women to claim benefits, and working with women in the criminal justice system (on community orders) or un-sentenced women on remand in prison, with a particular focus on accommodation, finance and social inclusion needs.
You will need to be able to self-regulate and have good self-care habits to manage stress in a healthy way.

Salary: £26,932 (pro rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: 31st March 2025 (may be extended subject to funding)
