Featured Surviving to ThrivingSurviving to Thriving
💜💟 Our Surviving to Thriving group starts on Tues 4th Nov for 8 weeks. It's a safe space for women who have survived domestic abuse and want to talk about their experiences, learn new coping skills, and to make positive changes. We'll be reflecting on how difficult experiences can impact us, and looking at ways to deal with anxiety, anger, and shame. We'll also be exploring how to build healthier relationships with others and ourselves. Booking is ESSENTIAL. Book in advance with Nottingham Women’s Centre Reception: call 0115 941 1475 or email reception@nottinghamwomenscentre.com.
