Let’s Talk! English Drop-In Sessions with Kateryna
These FREE drop-in sessions are an introduction to the course and tutor, and an assessment opportunity for new participants.
It's a chance to meet the tutor and the class, practice your English, and find out what level you are at for future classes.
Come along to meet everyone, try a class, and register for future classes from September!

Conversational English classes for women with English as a second language [Summer 2025 – Evening Classes]
Conversational English classes are a relaxed and totally FREE opportunity to practise English for any woman with English as a second language. Classes are run by students from STAR UoN (Student Action for Refugees, University of Nottingham) in a fun, relaxed and enriching environment.

NWC is CLOSED
Nottingham Women's Centre is closed on Wednesday 27th August. We'll be open again from 9am on Thursday 28th August.

Growing at AMC Gardens
Join us at Arkwright Meadows Community (AMC) Gardens for a welcoming women’s group and a chance to do some growing.
Why not bring a picnic and enjoy the relaxing outdoor space? There's also sheltered space in the polytunnel if the weather doesn't hold up! Tea and cake are provided too!

Drop-in anytime between 11am and 1pm for some free tea, coffee, cake and fruit! There'll also be some fun activities to join in with on the day. There's rock painting, Mehndi henna hand painting, and salsa dancing taster sessions!
