Nottingham Women’s Centre is located in Nottingham city centre with rooms to hire for events and meetings, as well as long-term office rental.
Room hire for events & meetings
We have a variety of different sized rooms available which can be hired for women-only meetings, events or group activities, at our city centre location.
Here’s a taster of what’s available with our rooms (additional charges apply for those marked with an *):
- Dedicated women-only space.
- Safe, friendly and community feel.
- Saturday room availability.
- ‘Boardroom’ (for meetings) or ‘Theatre’ (for talks/speakers) set-up.
- Capacity to host small groups as well as larger gatherings of up to 50 people.
- *SmartScreens (digital projectors) and laptops.
- *SmartCamera technology for hosting hybrid meetings.
- *Flipcharts, paper and pens.
- WiFi in some parts of the Centre (make clear that you will need this when you enquire).
- *Catering available in some instances, or you can bring your own.
- Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the Welcome Space (communal area) or we can *supply your room with facilities.

Get in touch with our Reception team about your group size and type of event, as well as any facilities you’d like included from the list above.
Our rooms are available:
- On weekdays or Saturdays
- On an hourly or session basis
- Session times as follows: Morning (9am-1pm), Afternoon (1pm-5pm), Evening (5-8pm Wednesdays only).
- From as little as £10 per hour (p/h)/£25 per session (p/s).
Some things to note…
- Nottingham Women’s Centre is a women-only space and men are not able therefore to access the Centre, our rooms or facilities.
- We’re keen to support individual women and small community groups to access our facilities and we’re open to discussing your individual requirements as well as potentially negotiating room hire rates if these are a barrier to accessing our services. Please contact us to discuss this.
- Nottingham Women’s Centre finds its home in a very old building. This means that some of the rooms towards the top of the building don’t have lift access. Please make sure you mention any mobility concerns or requirements when enquiring, so we can advise you on the best space too book. Our rooms on the bottom floor of the building are fully wheelchair accessible.

Don’t forget!
You don’t have to rent a space to enjoy Nottingham Women’s Centre. Our Welcome Space and Nottingham Women’s Library are open to everyone whenever we’re open with no need to book. We encourage you to come in and relax, meet other women, and have a cup of tea in these spaces. Our Welcome Space is fully wheelchair accessible, unfortunately our Library is not.
