Mindful Me-Time Drop-In
Immerse yourself in three drop-in sessions dedicated to exploring meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork exercises. Don’t think meditation is for you? You may be surprised to know it’s not about sitting still! Topics may include increasing creativity, boosting mood, deepening relaxation, cyclical living, de-escalating stress, and managing emotions. Conversational English classes for women with English as a second language [Autumn 2025 – Evening Classes]
Conversational English classes are a relaxed and totally FREE opportunity to practise English for any woman with English as a second language. Classes are run by students from STAR UoN (Student Action for Refugees, University of Nottingham) in a fun, relaxed and enriching environment.

Writing for Wellness – BLOCK 3
This 8 week writing course will help you to learn more about writing as a tool for your well-being. Writing can help you to sort through your thoughts, process your emotions, and express yourself. And you never know you might have some fun along the way!
