Read & Write English with Confidence

Come and find your confidence! You will learn to read English and to write and spell. It will be simple and fun.
- You do not need to speak good English.
- You will make friends and learn all together.
- You will be able to help your children with school.
- You will be able to complete questions.
- This is for everyone who wants to read better.
Come and try! Sally has taught many students who find reading difficult. She has taught many students with almost no English and students who have learnt a little reading but find new words difficult. This course is for you!
This course is open to all women who do not speak English as their first language. All language levels are welcome!

FAQs
No problem! You can stay after the first session that you can attend for a short chat (10 minutes).
The course is free, but if students like the class they will need to purchase the workbook after the second session. The book is £6.50.
Students will achieve a measurable improvement in reading speed and accuracy. Students who attend at least 90% of the sessions will receive a certificate of attendance!
Ideally but it’s not a requirement. It’s possible to catch-up a little with independent study.
A notebook, pen, or pencil and a rubber. If you are struggling with these items, please let NWC Reception know.
