Immerse yourself in six sessions dedicated to exploring meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork exercises. Don’t think meditation is for you? You may be surprised to know it’s not about sitting still! Topics may include increasing creativity, boosting mood, deepening relaxation, cyclical living, de-escalating stress, and managing emotions. If you’ve been looking to take time for yourself, this is it!

Please consider if this is the right time for you to be taking on a 6-week commitment. Attending from week 2 onwards will be the next best option as new additions to the group will not be possible after week 2.
£10/session each week or £50 upfront payment (6 weeks for the price of 5)
Attending all sessions is the best way get the most out of this course but we understand that may not be possible.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. A water bottle is also recommended.
