
Mindful Me-Time Drop-In

Immerse yourself in three drop-in sessions dedicated to exploring meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork exercises. Don’t think meditation is for you? You may be surprised to know it’s not about sitting still! Topics may include increasing creativity, boosting mood, deepening relaxation, cyclical living, de-escalating stress, and managing emotions. If you’ve been looking to take time for yourself, this is it!

That’s ok, it’s a drop-in this time, so turn up when you can!
It’s a £5 to £10 sliding scale donation per session each week.
Attending all sessions is the best way get the most out of this course but each session is a stand-alone drop-in, so please come along when you can!
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. A water bottle is also recommended.
