Join us for this 8-Week course in a safe, confidential space for reflection and growth. Explore the intersection of cultural identity, mental health, and emotional well-being. Reflect, process, and share experiences that impact mental health and well-being in a safe, supportive and understanding environment. We’ll explore the complexities of cultural identity, stigma, and trauma with an overarching aim of promoting self-awareness, empowerment, safety, stabilisation and healing.
