🌟 Embark on a journey of wellness and self-discovery with our 5-week Hatha Yoga Flow course.
🌟 Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, our steady-paced Yoga practice combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and gentle chanting.
🌟 Weekly classes are 75 minutes in duration. You may bring your own Yoga mat if you wish to or borrow one from us.
