We’re looking for an experienced Therapist to join the team at Nottingham Women’s Centre. We’re a community space dedicated to helping women to overcome barriers, have their voices heard and seek solutions that create a better future for themselves. We do this by offering a network of services that include counselling, advice and guidance.
You’ll be responsible for facilitating, implementing and delivering trauma informed therapeutic services to women experiencing multiple disadvantages such as domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health issues, and offending. Services may be delivered in person at Nottingham Women’s Centre or community venues across Nottingham city and county as well as via phone and online.

Location: Nottingham Women’s Centre, 30 Chaucer Street, Nottingham, NG1 5LP
Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: £27,605 (pro rata)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – initially funded until 31st March 2026.
