New Changes Navigator (DSVA SMD)

We’re looking for a trustworthy Navigator to support women who are survivors of Domestic and Sexual Violence and Abuse (DSVA) and are experiencing severe and multiple disadvantage (SMD). The navigator will work with women living in hostels, hotels and other temporary accommodation.

We know that building a trusting relationship makes all the difference when it comes to women engaging with support sessions in and out of the Centre. We need someone who can build relationships and trust easily and confidently. You will need to be proactive, solution-focused and empathetic, with a positive mind set, and willing to go the extra mile to empower other women.

Responsible to: New Changes Team Manager
Location: Nottingham Women’s Centre, 30 Chaucer Street, Nottingham, NG1 5LP
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £27,605 (pro rata, based on 30 hour week)
Contract: Fixed term to end March 2026 with annual extensions possible to 2030 subject to funding.
Closing date: 9am, Monday 9th June 2025
Interview date: Wednesday 18 June or Thursday 19 June
