Make It Yours: Creative workshop

June 17 @ 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Join artist Marcia Porto for Make It Yours: Creative workshop on Tuesday 17th June – 5pm to 7pm.

Come and have your chance to contribute to an exciting new exhibition at the National Museum, 30 objects Representing Justice. In this creative, hands-on workshop at Nottingham Women’s Centre, you’ll explore how Women’s voices have been represented- and misrepresented-through images, records, and history.

Using collage, mixed media, and powerful words, you’ll reimagine what justice looks and feels like from your own perspective. Whether you love being creative or just want to speak your truth, this is a chance to make your mark, connect with other women, and help shape a vold, feminist response to the past.

No art experience needed – just curiosity and a voice that matters.
