Black and Beautiful Minds

This safe and confidential 8-week support group is for Black and Dual Heritage women of African and Caribbean descent to explore their mental and emotional well-being in a supportive, understanding environment.

The group offers a warm and welcoming space to reflect, process and share lived and shared experiences that can impact mental health. Together, participants will explore themes such as cultural identity, stigma and trauma, while building connection, mutual support and a sense of community.

Through open discussion and collective reflection, the course aims to promote self-awareness, empowerment, safety, stabilisation and healing, supporting women to feel heard, validated and strengthened through shared experience.
