We want to help local businesses adopt positive responses to misogyny, sexism and sexual harassment. Our Safer for Women project could support businesses by offering specialist training, digital resources or guidance, but we first need to get a snapshot of what is currently in place and what would be useful to managers and HR teams to action.
We’re looking for local businesses to talk to us about what they’re doing to tackle misogyny and sexism in the workplace and where they need support. Consultations are confidential and take no longer than 20 – 30 minutes over the phone or in person.
