Showcasing the achievements of the Nottingham Women’s Centre’s community
You are cordially invited to join us for our next Annual General Meeting on Tuesday the 26th June, 2pm – 4pm. The event will be held off site for the first time to enable us to celebrate with as many of you as possible across the City.
City Arts is situated just east of the city centre between Goosegate and Sneinton Market. It is 500m (approx. 5 mins walk) from Old Market Square. See full details here.
We do hope that you will be able to join us as we reflect on our activities over the last year and celebrate the achievements of our community. We look forward to welcoming our members, partners, funders, service users, volunteers and everyone else who would like to learn more about what the Nottingham Women’s Centre is all about and how you can get involved. Please note that this is a mixed event.
During the AGM, members will be asked to elect new trustees to the board and re-elect some of the existing trustees. If you are a member you are entitled to vote at our AGM. If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to appoint a proxy (another person) to vote on your behalf, please complete this form – Appointment of Proxy for the AGM 2018, which they will need to bring with them to the AGM.
In addition to the formalities of the AGM itself, you are invited to join us for the following:
- Showcasing the work of our Partners
- The unveiling of the NWC mural
- Celebrating the work of NWC Volunteers
- Light refreshments
Further information including a detailed agenda will be available in due course.
In order that we can cater appropriately, please register your attendance by following this link by 5th June 2018.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you to the AGM
