The Change Programme aims to help you identify and move towards the life you want for yourself, including:
- Thinking about self-esteem and confidence
- Where does our motivation come from and what can we do if it feels lacking?
- What are supportive relationships?
- Dealing with problems or challenges through communication and assertiveness skills
