Women’s Therapy Group

This is run by our sessional therapist Nikki and provides 6 months of group work in a relaxed and supportive setting, mixing creative activities and group support allowing each person to be heard and validated. Groups help a compassionate network to emerge and group members can be a valuable source of encouragement to each member.  There is a maximum of 10 women per group.

The therapy group is open to women who have previously accessed 1:1 therapeutic support with us or other agencies.  If you are not undergoing therapy but are interested in the group please contact reception to book in an appointment with our group therapist.
